This unique property is set on its own private plot of approximately four hectares, with more than 180 metres of private shoreline and direct views across to Sweden. Its peaceful location surrounded by nature offers the perfect setting for relaxation, while services are still within a reasonable driving distance.

The property consists of a spacious main building, a separate carport building, and an atmospheric riverside sauna with a sauna lounge. The main building features an open-plan living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and four bedrooms. The carport building includes two separate accommodation rooms with kitchenettes, and the sauna lounge also provides additional sleeping space. In total, the property has seven bedrooms and accommodation for 14 guests, making it an excellent choice for larger families, groups of friends, or corporate groups.

The villa has been designed to offer memorable experiences all year round.
