*Himoksen Timantti* and *Himos Hillside* offer the combined capacity of two adjacent, high-quality villas for up to 33 overnight guests. The villas are located in the Himos Golf Resort area, right next to the golf course; the Himos center and its services are 2.5 km away, and the ski slopes are 3 km away.

Completed in 2023, both villas feature two large terraces, hot tubs, dining tables for 16, two living areas, a sauna, two bathrooms, and three toilets. Four smart TVs serve as display screens, and *Hillside* is also equipped with a projection screen, a video projector, and a flip chart. Both feature karaoke equipment, electric vehicle charging, and ample parking space.

Himos is easily accessible by car or train from the Helsinki metropolitan area, Tampere, and Central Finland. The area’s wide range of year-round activities makes it easy to organize staff recreation and workplace well-being events.
